TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E83 oF 2023 By (1) Jane Silole Mohu and (2) Sompet ene Olkirrima Mohu, the deceased’s children. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Olkirrima ole Mohu, who died at Kitengela Medical, on 3rd June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this fespect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
