TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E122 oF 2022 By Wilson Nyaga Nthiga, of P.O. Box 7037-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Kiini Nthiga alias Eunice Kini Nthiga, who died at Liberty Maternity and Nursing Home, on 23rd April, 2021. CAUSE No. E148 oF 2023 By Catherine Wambogo Anthony, of P.O. Box 680, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthiga Njeru, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 27th December, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
