THE LIQUOR LICENSING ACT
(Cap. 121)
REGISTRATION
NOTICE is given that the next statutory meeting of the Embu
Liquor Licensing Court will be held at the Embu County Countcil’s chambers, on Monday, 8th May, 2000, at 10.00 a.m.
28th January, 2000
Applications to be considered at this meeting whether for new, renewal, transfer, removal or conversion of licences should be submitted on the prescribed form G.P. 147 (or form G.P. 148 in case of transfer or removal) in triplicate with a KSh. 20 adhesive revenue stamp affixed on the original copy only and addressed to the
Chairman, Embu Liquor Licensing Court, P.O. Box 3, Embu, so as to reach him on or before 25th March, 2000.
Late applications will only be considered if received on or before
10th April, 2000, and on payment of KSh. 1,000; being late application fee. -
Applicants for new, transfer, removal or conversion of licences
Must appear in person before the liquor licensing court or be represented by an advocate. Attendance in court by renewal appli- cants is optional unless there are objections in which case attendance is desirable.
Applicants for renewal must attach photostat copies of their previous licences and send their applications by registered post or deliver them by hand.

IssUE OF A PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE
WHEREAS Kurbanhusein Mulla Hassanali Moosaji Jivanjee and others, of P.O. Box 41008, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of that piece of land known as subdivision No. 1314, section 1, mainland north, within Mombasa
Municipality, Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title reg- istered.as C.R. 12696/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, 1 shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
