CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2023 By Azim Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Narbanubai Bhanji Mitha alias Nurbanu Fatehali Juma Mitha, who died on 19th November, 1977. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2023 By Reshma Patrick Arnaud, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shamsherali Juma Adatia alias Shamsherali Juma Shiwi Adatia, who died on 20th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2023 By Sadrudin Karmali, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulla Karamali alias Abdulla Karmali Jetha, who died on 31st October, 1992.
