TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2023 By Mark Kipkeny Kosgei, of P.O. Box 3035, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kesenya Nyango alias Job A. Kisienya, who died on 22nd October, 1989. CAUSE No. E49 oF 2023 By (1) Betty Jemaiyo Rotich, (2) Vincent Kipyego Nyongi and (3) Cleophas Kiptanui, all of P.O. Box 308—50308, Serem in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Kiptarus Nyongi, who died at Tibingot, on 4th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
