TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E141 OF 2023 By (1) John Obala Ndua, (2) Alfina Oyier Ouma, (3) Benta Amenya Maende and (4) Joshua Ngoda Asengo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Jecton Odinga Ouma, (2) Miruka Asengo, (3) Joseph Ouma Ouma alias Ouma Ouma, (4) Maende Ouma and (5) Atieno Asengo, who died at Naya, on 20th December, 1984, 20th February, 1981, 17th July, 1997, 2nd February, 1995 and 14th August, 2008, respectively. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2023 By Nicolas Odhiambo Kachero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kachero Ojango alias Kachero Ojango Ochola, who died at North Ramba Sub-location, on 22nd July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2023 By Charles Dembe Ouma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ouma Dembe alias Ouma Dembe, who died at Naya Sub-location, on 10th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2023 By Agustine Okumu Auma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Auma Okumu alias Rafael Ouma Okumu, who died at Ndigwa, dn 27th November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2023 By Susan Masiga Ochieng, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Obudho Nyarath, who died at Mahaya, on 3rd April, 1989.
