TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2023 - By (1) Tabitha Wanjiru Muhoro and (2) Peter Kibebe Muthoni, both of P.O. Box 70, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhoro Kibebe, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 21st August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2023 By Grace Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 53, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Mutugi, who died at Kibingoti, on 23rd April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
