CAUSE NO. 166 OF 2022 By (1) Ngungi Munyi Ngai, (2) Anna Mbura Munyi and (3) Bonface Ngai Munyi, all of P.O. Box 207, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyi Ngai, who died at Gangara, on 6th August, 2021.
