TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 145 OF 2023 By Alice Mfumbwa Boli, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Kahindi Karisa, who died on 2nd December, 2020. CAUSE NO. 146 OF 2023 By (1) Alice Mfumbwa Boli and (2) Jonathan Charo Karisa, both of P.O. Box 80996-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Sayo Muranja alias Elizabeth Sayo Shadrack, who died at Chembe, on 5th June, 1997. CAUSE No. 147 OF 2023 By Jira Mwangemi Munga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangemi Munga Sadi, who died at Ng’ombeni Location, on 8th June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
