TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE No. E200 OF 2023
By (1) Teresa Aoko Kisiak, (2) Chrispin Nyanjom Oloo, (3) John
Okanga Kisiaki and (4) Anna Adhiambo Omondi, the deceased’s widow, sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kisiak Oloo, who died on 10th March, 1973.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
