E207 OF 2023 By Ben Peterkin Obango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Obango Abonyo alias Wilson Obango, who died on 2nd November, 1989. CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2023 By Maxwell Omondi Lusi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Lusi Atieno, who died on 12th March, 2000. CAUSE NO. 325 OF 2023 By Millecent Achieng Ong’oye, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloyce Chuka Achando alias Alois Ochuka Achiando, who died on 2nd February, 2012. CAUSE NO. 326 OF 2023 By Joseph Odera Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carilus Juma Odera alias Karilus Juma Odera, who died on 16th July, 2004.
