TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E81 OF 2023 By (1) Beatrice Tembo Dzinyau and (2) Michael Charo Kaingu both of P.O. Box 28-80109, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sande Kaingu Bindo, who died at Maamba, on 13th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. 137 OF 2023 By (1) Samson Mkoma Mwagandi and (2) Peter Mwadime Mwagandi, both of P.O. Box 41670-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Mwagandi Bombo, who died at Kilifi, on 18th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
