TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2023 By (1) Stephen Talam, (2) Geoffrey Keter, (3) Geoffrey Rono and (4) Edward Towett, all of P.O. Box 2447, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkigen Chepngeno Cheboror alias Tapkigen w/o Chepkwony, who died at Manyoror, on 7th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2023 By Joseph Kipkorir Ngeno, of P.O. Box 2447, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Kipterer arap Korir, who died at Tendwet, on 10th February, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
