TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E309 OF 2023 By Rael Jepkoech Cherono, of P.O. Box 132-30101, Ainabkoi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Cheruiyot Cherono, who died at Kapsengwet, on 26th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. 313 OF 27923 By Samuel Ndirangu Macharia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Mdhuki Macharia Kiama, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 18th February, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
