TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 153 OF 2019 By Nancy Awuor Otieno, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Muga Odhiambo, who died on 15th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2023 By John Ababu Ababu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Ojwando Marando, who died on 16th February, 2019. CAUSE NO. 325 OF 2023 By (1) James Ooko Ngwato and (2) Jacob Otieno Ngwato, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gwato Okode, who died at Anjego Sub-location, on 6th October, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
