TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E255 OF 2023 By (J) John Kimanzi Kilonzo and (2) Cosmas Kiteme Kilonzo, both of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's sons, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedeta Kilembi Kilonzo, who died at Kitui, on 4th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
