E79 OF 2023 By Mary Wambeti Rugano, of P.O. Box 131, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Nthiga J. Njeru alias Paul Nthiga Njeru, who died at Kirigi Sub-location, on 10th October, 2017. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2023 By (1) Ann Warue Nagi and (2) John Kigoi Machokia, both of P.O. Box 67-60103, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fenasio Nguku Kigoi, who died at Kirinyaga, on 24th February, 2023.
