Box 73, Kutus in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Muriithi Njaathara alias Kenneth Muriithi N., who died at Kiumbu, on Sth April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E341 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Kamau Mutembei and (2) Zakayo Muriuki Mutembei, both of P.O. Box 178-10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutembei Mumo alias Githenji Kibungi, who died at Kerugoya, on 18th August, 1974. Box 70, Wang’uru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Munene Mbiti, who died at Mwea Hsopital in kenya, on 14th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E372 OF 2023 By Timothy Njiru Muthinji, of P.O. Box 39, Kianyaga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthinji Kanyua alias Muthinji Kanywa, who died at Nyangeni Sub-location, on 15th August, 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
