TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E345 OF 2023 By (1) John Maina Kanyuira and (2) Elizabeth Wambui Kanyuira, both of P.O. Box 1150-10200, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Kanyuira Gichimu alias Selimi Gichimu alias Elias Kanywira Gichimu, who died at Naivasha, on 22nd November, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
