E270 OF 2023 By (1) John Nganga Mbugua and (2) George Wainaina Kahiro, the deceased’s son and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Chege, who died at Ituru Sub-location, on 6th April, 2021. CAUSE No. E281 OF 2023 By Peter Gichiri Njenga, of P.O. Box 1965-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Njenga Gichiri Kamau alias Njenga Gichiri Kamau, who died at K.D.H., 0 31st July, 2004. CAUSE No. E330 OF 2023 By Karari Muiru, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karari Mwatha alias Peter Karari Mwatha, who died at Nembu Sub-location, on 4th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
