E15 OF 2023 By (1) Martha Ogisa Cheti, (2) Miriam Catherine Amboga and (3) Racheal Maya Cheti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jairus Imbula Cheti, who died at Soysambu, on 9th June, 2017. CAUSE NO. 304 OF 2023 By Seline Anyango Ogare, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Sangura Wanyonyi, who died at CGTRH, on I 1th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
