TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E463 OF 2023 By (1) Alphonse J. Kimani Njoroge and (2) Stephen Wamuhia Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Kimani alias Njoroge Long Kimani alias Njoroge Kimani “B”, who died at Nakuru Nursing Home, on 21st May, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
