E24 OF 2023 By Gideon Kimeli Kirwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelogoi Serem, who died at K.C.R.H., on 23rd March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2023 By (1) Johachim Birgen and (2) Benjamin Birgen, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibirgen s/o arap Bwalei alias Kibirgen Bwalei, who died at Ndubeneti Sub-location, on 25th December, 2001. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2023 By Simion Koros, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoros Sonyo alias Silvester Kipkoros Sonyo, who died at District Hospital, Kapsabet in Kenya, on 6th May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
