TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2023 By Bendator Ndile Kimilu, of P.O. Box 250-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimilo Nguma, who died at Katulani Sub-location, on 28th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2023 By (1) Patricia Mueni Lucas, (2) Joseph Katumo Lucas and (3) Celestina Lucas Kingola, all of P.O. Box 350-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Kilonzo King’ola alias Luka Kingola Kilonzo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
