TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E108 OF 2023 By Helen Atieno Ombok, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Ombok Amuka alias Dalmas Ombok Anuka, who died on 2nd March, 2000. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2023 By Joice Akeyo Obala, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obla Ombwera, who died on 13th August, 1993. CAUSE No. E1 10 OF 2023 By Pamela Okoth Oula, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezakiel Ongina Oula alias Ezekiel Ogina Oura, who died on 22nd February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
