TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2023 By Merceline Adhiambo Omondi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Achieng Omondi, who died at Siaya, on 16th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. 165 OF 2023 By Mary Atieno owino, of P.O. Box 270—40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Onyango Odiwuor alias Onyango Oduor, who died at Ramunde Sub-location, on 27th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
