Box 3, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Okuma Owiti, who died on 16th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E277 OF 2023 By Francisca Achieng Owinga, of P.O. Box 371—40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athanas Owinga Odhiambo, who died at Ugunja, on 6th June, 2021. CAUSE No. E294 OF 2023 By Caroline Aluoch Odrera, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opondo Obala, who died on 11th June, 2002.
