TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 126 OF 2023 By Gladys Ajema Unzugu, of P.O. Box 147, Kipkaren River in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Unzugu Ndetswa, who died at Mwamba, on {5th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2023 By (1) Zipporah Vakhayo Lunani and (2) Joash Chekuto Yavusumba, both of P.O. Box 244, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Lumang’ati Mutali alias Andrew L. Mutali, who died at Chemuche, on 8th March, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
