TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E19 OF 2023 By Dorcus Katumbi Mutuni, of P.O. Box 35, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philomena Nduu Mutuni alias Philomenah Nduu Mutuni, who died at Kithangathini, on 30th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Kituli Mutungwa and (2) Jacob Mutua Mutungwa, both of P.O. Box 34, Salama in Kenya, the deceased’s sons. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutungwa Male, who died at Makindu Sub-County Hospital in Kenya. on 22nd July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
