TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2023 By (1) Eunice Muthoni Kimunya (2) Lucy Wanjiku Kamunya, both of P.O. Box 70, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamunya Mathaka, who died at Kiriaini Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 19th April, 1992. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023 By (1) Alikarada Kariuko Nyamu and (2) Moses Muriuki Nyamu, both of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamu Gichukia, who died at ACK Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
