TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2023 By (1) Josephine Bonareri Abel and (2) Amos Nyakaba Asango, both of P.O. Box 352, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abel Asango, who died at Sameta Sub-location, on 6th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2023 By (1) Isaac Ontiri Okworo and (2) Thomas Okworo, both of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Okworo, who died at Bassi Masige West location, on !0th May, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
