Box 76, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwambai Chesire alias Kwambai Chepsire, who died at Chemurgui, on 16th March, 2006. Box 1200-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Kimoi Chebet, who died at Arror, on 5th September, 1998. CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2023 By (1) Reuben Chirchir and (2) Monica Jepchumba Kiprono, both of P.O. Box 339-30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chirchir Ego, who died at Mindililwo Sub-location, on 22nd June, 1995. ‘ The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
