TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E34 OF 2023 By Joseph Ochieng Ajuang, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonadus Ajwang Olilo alias Ajuang Olilo, who died on 12th August, 1980. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By Steven Otieno Okongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Okongo Onyango alias Okong’o Onyango, who died at Upper Kombewa, on 5th September, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance if this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the aac of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
