TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2023 By (1) Ruth Akinyi Oloo and (2) Mercy Achieng Awich, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erick Oloo Waga, who died at West Ngere, on 5th April, 2022. CAUSE No. E105 oF 2023 By Stella Auma Odera, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Risper Awuor Odera alias Rispa Awuor Odera, who died at Houston, USA, on 17th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
