CAUSE No. E157 OF 2023 By Betty Mwigali Kidake, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Omeno Ayodi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 23rd February, 2023. CAUSE No. E158 OF 2023 By Japheth Kayugila Kedogo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamin Kedogo Lusala, who died at Mudete Sub-location, on Ist February, 1968.
