CAUSE No. 175 OF 2023 By Richard Efwolo Patrick, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ngayi Okoko, who died at Itumbu Sub-location, on 17th February. 1979. CAUSE NO. 185 OF 2023 By (1) Joshua Luvaga and (2) Phinas Imbiru Machaiyo, both of P.O. Box 490, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fundi Muhanga alias Thomas Muhanga Masigombe, who died at Mambai Sub- location, on 25th September, 1995. CAUSE NO. 292 OF 2023 By Ezekiel Mudogo Efanira, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ledarn Nyalanga Mudoga alias Letani Nyalanga, who died at Madzuu Sub-location, on 23rd January, 2016.
