TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By (1) Dorcas Mwikali Munyao and (2) Kennedy Musembi Munyao, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Munyao Fundi alias Benard Munyao Vundi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By (1) Raymond Kamwanza Ndollo and (2) Jane Munyiva Mutiso, the deceased’s father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Mbinya Kamwanza, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 7th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
