TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Gathoni Maina and (2) Michael Ndungu Gatoto, both of P.O. Box 75452-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Maina Gatoto, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
