TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2023 By (1) Cosmas Kilonzo Mutiso and (2) Joyce Mutoo Samson, both of P.O. Box 280, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maau Mutiso Veke, who died at Kikima, on 30th March, 2000. CAUSE NO. 44 OF 2023 By Brian Kyalo Muindi, of P.O. Box 15201-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Muindi Muthuka, who died on 15th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
