TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2023 By (1) Chizi Dzombo Mwamuye and (2) Kadzo Ali Kilifi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ali Kilifi, who died on 20th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2023 By (1) Constance Tabu Dadu and (2) Nyevu Joseph Said, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dadu Chome Mumba, who died on 21st March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
