E270 OF 2023 By (1) Elizabeth Mwatia Ojwang, (2) Rispah Auma Ojwang and (3) Maria Emily Ojwang, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ojwang Rasugu, who died at Arujo, on 22nd December, 2013. CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2023 By Grace Akoth Odhiambo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Opiyo Odongo alias Opiyo Odongo, who died at Arujo, on 22nd April, 1989. CAUSE NO. E273 OF 2023 By James Ouma Onyango, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Dengu Agira alias Zacharia Agra Obiero, who died at Kasuk Kowili, on 29th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
