CAUSE NO. E330 OF 2023 By (1) Tobias Juma Ngesa and (2) Joseph Okuon Ngesa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ngesa Ogoye alias Ngsa Ogiye, who died at Dienya West Sub-location, on 17th December, 1986. CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2023 By George Ochieng Mudenge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Mudenga Otheny alias Mudenge Otheny, who died at Koyeyo Sub-location, on 23rd September, 1997. CAUSE NO. E361 OF 2023 By James Omondi Mijuka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mijuka Wananda, who died at Ulamba Sub-location, on 18th May, 2000.
