TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E115 OF 2023 By Rodah Nthenya Muasya, of P.O. Box 1029-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muasya Mauye, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 12th March, 1989. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2023 By Boniface Ndawa Mulwa, of P.O. Box 1555-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndola Mwee, who died at Kangundo, on 3rd July, 1986. CAUSE No. E119 OF 2023 By Stephen Mutuku Musilu, of P.O. Box 489-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musilu Muindi, who died at Kambusu Sub-location, on 6th December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
