TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2023 By Ismail, Ahmed Ismail, of P.O. Box 516-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ahmed Ismail, who died at Majengo, on 22nd July, 2006. CAUSE NO. 102 OF 2022 By (1) Ruth Mwendwa Ngeera and (2) Robert Mutuma Mworia, both of P.O: Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Mworia IJkiara, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
