TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 22nd September, 2023 CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2023 By (1) Emily Kabuiya Karanja and (2) Ruth Wambui Karanja, the deceased’s widow and mother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Wambua Mwanzia, who died at Laikipia Air Base, on 4th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E94 oF 2023 By Sammy Mwangi Macharia, of P.O. Box 77, Kiriaini in Keaya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate cf Mwangi Gacheru alias Moses. Mwangi Gacheru, who died at Nyakianga sub- location, on 22nd January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of pubiication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
