TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 372 OF 2023 By (1) Laban Muchiri Wangari and (2) Joseph Ndung’u Wangari, both of P.O. Box 1050, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Muchiri Wanjau, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on ttth January, 1994. CAUSE NO. 377 OF 2023 By Mariam Wanjiku Mungai, of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gathii Mwangi, who died at Matura Sub-location, on 29th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
