CAUSE NO. 350 OF 2023 By Francis Ririu, of P.O. Box 436, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muiruri Ruriu, who died at Pine Hospital in Kenya, on 28th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. 351 OF 2023 By Paul Tirop Yegon, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tirop Kibiego, who died at Mwenje Sub-location, on 20th July, 2002. The Court wiil proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
