TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E440 oF 2023 By Wyclife Otieno Omedo, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of adiiinistration intestate to the estate of Joanes Omollo Ondong’o alias Omolo Ondongo, who died at Kanyawegi, on 16th September, 1997, CAUSE No. E468 OF 2023 By (1) Hezron Yimbo Owiti, (2) Herina Obonyo Owiti and (3) Perez Obiero Owiti, all of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James owiti Omuya, who died at Kasule, Kisumu, on [8th February, 1988. 22nd September, 2023 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
