TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 oF 2023 By (1) Felista Njeri Maina, (2) Moses Wahome Maina and (3) Paul Nduchi Maina, all of P.O. Box 17761-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Maina Wahome, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre, on Ist March, 2022. 22nd September, 2023 CAUSE No. E398 OF 2023 By (1) Eunice Mwikali Kilundo and (2) Sylvia Mumbe Kilundo, both of P.O. Box 7415, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Kilundo Ngesu, who died at Meitra Hospital, Kerala, India, on 26th February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
