TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2023 By Mary Wahu Wangombe, of P.O. Box 111-00515, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, through Messrs. Munyasya & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Wangombe Muchiri, late of Nairobi, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on | Ith January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Njoki and (2) John Kamau Mwangi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Kioi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Gelishom Mwangi Kiberu, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
